Our apartments offer much more space than the average hotel room, including a fully-equipped kitchen and the privilege of sleeping when you choose-no maids knocking on your door or vacuuming the hall to try to wake you up in the morning. The living is much more convenient, far more private, and you get a lot more value for your dollar (euro). Perhaps, the best experience of all is you live like a Parisian.

You can set your own agenda, exploring all the marvels of Paris on foot or via the nearby metro stop, or just relax & enjoy the delights of the lively surrounding neighborhood, crammed with restaurants & little cafe's. Our location is just 3 blocks from the best food shopping in Paris, la rue montorqueil, so pop out for your freshly baked morning croissant, shop for your own provisions, and prepare your own meals. A twice weekly open air market is also 3 blocks away. You will truly enjoy your "home away from home".

Sunny apartments of 45 sq. meters (approx. 500 sq. ft.) on the first floor above entresol (American 2nd floor), in restored 19th century building (originally the hospital of St. Jacques de Compostele, the building was re-constructed in the 19th century; the stone carving over the rue Pierre Lescot entrance is a classified French national monument). No elevator but easy access; very romantic with marble Louis Phillipe fireplace, and many antique furnishings; sleeps 3; entry hall; fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

Very large living/dining/sleeping room, long room with Louis XV escritoire, and two Louis XV armoires, fully equipped large kitchen, full size tub and shower, sleeps 3 (one double deluxe convertible bed and one single chair bed), 3 very tall double French windows on rue du cygne, no air conditioning.

Both the apartments are equipped with modern conveniences yet offer the experience of residing in an historic building reconstructed in the 19th century. There are hardwood parquet floors & tall French windows that overlook the historic pedestrian street below, rue du Cygne.

"Arrive and Depart any day of the week"

* English speaking person will meet on arrival at apartment,and answer questions
* Fresh flowers, bottle of wine and some provisions on arrival
* Weekly housekeeping provided; bed linens and towels; heat and all utilities included
* Color television with 100 channels; stereo; answering service; high speed internet with wifi; free local and LD phone service
* Building secured at night/weekends by digicode; double bolt locks on apartment door
* Apartments are located on a pedestrian street which eliminates nearly all vehicular noise.
Paris is a noisy city, however, and there is some pedestrian and business noise from below.

RENTAL RATES AND TERMS

First 7 nights, a minimum, each night $150;
any of next 21 nights, $135 each night ; after these four weeks, $120 a night

No children under 7, No pets, and No more than 3 persons per apartment
( surcharge for 3rd person is $30 per night )

Rent includes all utility charges including local and LD phone calls to most of Europe, N. America, China, and Australia. Confirmations are made only by prepayment of rent and rent is nonrefundable; the first person to pay the rent shall receive the confirmation; payment is accepted in personal checks, wire to owner's US account, electronic transfer, or via credit card.
